Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To maintain the highest level of logistical precision, we currently offer shipping exclusively to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

• No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Due to the physical dimensions of our products and the requirements of our commercial carriers, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO). Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.
• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Costs
We believe in a straightforward pricing structure for our online customers:

• Orders over $90.00: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping.
• Orders under $90.00: A flat shipping fee of $15.00 will be applied at checkout.

All shipping costs are displayed clearly before you finalize your purchase, ensuring no hidden fees.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
As an online-first business, we operate with high efficiency to get your order on its way. Timelines are calculated based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major Federal and Public holidays).

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
• Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days. During this period, your order is processed, secured in professional packaging, and prepared for dispatch.
• Transit Time: 3 – 8 Business Days. This is the estimated time your package spends in the hands of our domestic carriers traveling to your destination.
• Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 11 Business Days.

Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched from our operational hub, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated within the carrier’s system.
• Split Shipments: For larger orders or those containing various items, your products may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure maximum protection. You will receive tracking details for each individual parcel.

Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Alllifestorehouse is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address entries.

Missing Packages: If tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier to file a formal inquiry. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist in the investigation.

Damaged in Transit
While we use reinforced packaging, the nature of these products means transit-related impacts can occasionally occur.

• 48-Hour Claim Window: If your package arrives with transit damage, you must notify our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
• Required Documentation: Please provide clear photographs of the affected product and the exterior packaging. Upon verification, we will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.
