Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Original Condition: The item must be in its original, brand-new, and unused condition.
• Surface Integrity: Stainless steel surfaces must be free of fingerprints, scratches, or residue. Due to hygiene standards, any signs of usage within the internal components will disqualify the return.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging, including all protective foam inserts and internal stabilizers.
• Transit Protection: Due to the structural nature of these items, products must be secured exactly as received. If a product is returned with damage due to insufficient protective padding, the refund may be denied.
• Hygiene Exclusion: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been put into service. Items returned in a non-salable state due to usage are ineligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return
🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the address listed on the shipping label. Before initiating a return, you must first contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed by our receiving system.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. If the item arrived with transit damage, please attach clear photographs of the product and the exterior packaging.
3. Once your request is processed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the authorized return location address.

Return Shipping Costs
Manufacturing Issues or Transit Damage: If you receive a product that is functionally defective or damaged during transit, Alllifestorehouse takes full responsibility and will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Change of Mind: If you decide the style, color, or size does not fit your space, or if you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fees
We believe in a transparent shopping experience. Therefore, we maintain a $0.00 Restocking Fee policy. You will receive the full purchase price for all eligible returns.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is delivered to our authorized location, it will undergo a standard inspection to verify it meets our return criteria.

• Verification Period: We typically complete the return processing within 3 business days of receipt.
• Notification: You will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund based on the item’s condition.
• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued immediately. Please note that banks and credit card issuers typically require 5-10 business days to reflect the funds in your original payment account.

Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Order Cancellations: As an online-first business, we process requests efficiently and maintain a 12-hour cancellation window. To request a cancellation, please use the subject line ‘URGENT: Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]’.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we identify activity such as returning used items or “product switching.”
