We currently offer shipping exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, nor do we offer international shipping at this time.
Due to the physical attributes and dimensions of our stainless steel trash bins, as well as the standard restrictions set by our partner carriers, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid, physical street address during the checkout process to ensure successful delivery.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched by the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to activate and update in the carrier’s online tracking system.
If your order contains multiple items, your order may occasionally be divided into split shipments to ensure you receive your products as promptly as possible. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for each individual package.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or additional reshipment costs caused by incorrect, misspelled, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information indicates that the package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check around your property, with your neighbors, or with your local leasing office first. If the item is still missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. While we are happy to assist you in communicating with the carrier and providing any necessary documentation, we cannot assume absolute liability for packages that are confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier’s tracking system.
Our products are designed and selected for durability, but occasionally, metal casings or internal components may sustain damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
You must send an email to [email protected] containing clear photographs of the damaged item and the exterior shipping box (ensuring the shipping label is clearly visible). This documentation is required for us to promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and prioritize arranging a replacement or processing a refund according to our policies.
