We offer a 30-day return window. The 30-day period starts from the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Due to the strictly sanitary nature of our waste management products, we enforce rigorous return condition requirements. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The product must be brand new, entirely unused, and completely free of any scratches, dents, or signs of wear.
Hygiene Standards: Any item returned with garbage residue, living odors, stains, or signs of actual use will be strictly refused for a refund and disposed of due to sanitary reasons.
Packaging & Transit Safety: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. This includes all original accessories, internal shock-absorbing liners, and instruction manuals. You must ensure the stainless steel casing is securely repackaged to prevent any structural damage, dents, or scratches during the return transit. We cannot issue refunds for items that suffer secondary damage during the return shipment due to inadequate or careless packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
